Overview

The Fenggu Airlock VHP Sterilization system integrates a vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) generator into an airlock / pass-through buffer room, delivering H2O2 gas into the room to bio-decontaminate the outer surfaces of materials before they move from an unclassified or low-grade area into a Grade A/B critical zone. It is used for the clean, dry items that must be transferred in aseptic production — outer packaging of packaging materials, instruments, raw- and auxiliary-material packaging, accessories and environmental-monitoring equipment. The cycle runs automatically in four stages — temperature / humidity pre-conditioning, conditioning, sterilization and aeration — reducing residual VHP to ≤ 1 ppm before the room is opened.

Room dimensions and door configuration are built to the buffer-room layout and the classifications of the connected areas. Concentration is held through a low-speed dosing stage to maintain the level required for decontamination.
