The Fenggu Automatic-Door VHP Pass Box combines vaporized hydrogen peroxide surface biodecontamination with powered sliding-door control for material transfer between controlled environments. Electromagnetically interlocked doors cannot open simultaneously, and flash vaporization provides a low-temperature dry VHP process with controlled distribution to limit condensation-related damage.
The integrated system monitors temperature, relative humidity and hydrogen peroxide concentration in real time, with data recording, storage and traceability, and reduces residual hydrogen peroxide to ≤1 ppm through catalytic decomposition before door release.
Key Features
- Powered sliding doors with electromagnetic interlocks; the doors cannot open simultaneously
- VHP surface biodecontamination with a specified 6-log (≥99.9999%) reduction, subject to validation
- Inflatable or mechanical seals maintain chamber leak tightness during treatment
- Real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity and hydrogen peroxide concentration, with data recording and traceability
- Catalytic decomposition reduces residual hydrogen peroxide to ≤1 ppm
- H14 HEPA-filtered inlet and outlet air paths
- Siemens PLC automatic control and cycle data recording
