Aerosolized Hydrogen Peroxide (aHP) Fogging Machine

Uses high-pressure, high-velocity airflow to aerosolize disinfectant into an ultra-fine "dry fog," combining physical diffusion with chemical disinfecting action; multiple units can be networked and operated as a coordinated system for spaces up to 5,000 m³.

Fenggu Aerosolized H2O2 (aHP) Fogging Machine

Overview

The core principle of the aHP fogging machine is to generate high-pressure, high-velocity airflow that creates negative pressure at the nozzle, drawing disinfectant solution out and shearing it into an ultra-fine mist ("dry fog"). These micro-droplets diffuse through the space by physical motion while their chemical properties act on microorganisms. Multiple units can be networked for a coordinated disinfection scheme, covering complex spaces up to 5,000 m³.

Key Features

  • Controllable via the built-in HMI or a remote computer
  • Cycle data can be exported via USB drive once complete
  • Multiple units can operate together
  • Automatically calculates total hydrogen peroxide consumption for the cycle
  • Cycle recipes can be stored and executed using a single start command
  • Optional solution weighing/metering module to control total dosage and support consistent dosing across cycles
  • Configurable parameters including cycle time and spray rate
  • Scheduling function to set custom operating times
  • Three-level password access management and audit-trail function to support data integrity
  • Designed for good compatibility with common cleanroom panel materials under controlled, non-condensing conditions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an aHP fogging machine, and how does it differ from a VHP generator?
An aHP (aerosolized hydrogen peroxide) fogging machine shears disinfectant into an ultra-fine dry fog of 1-5 micron droplets using high-pressure, high-velocity airflow, and the droplets diffuse physically through the space. This differs from VHP, which fully vaporizes hydrogen peroxide into a true gas; aHP suits large or complex spaces where multiple units can be networked.
How large a space can it cover?
Up to 300 m3 per unit; multiple units can be networked to cover complex spaces up to 5,000 m3.
What are its specifications?
640 x 836 x 1036 mm, 304 stainless steel; 220 V AC / 50 Hz / 2 kW or less; Siemens HMI and PLC; solution flow 32 mL/min or less; droplet size 1-5 micron; dehumidification target under 30% RH; noise 85 dB(A) or less.
What efficacy does it achieve?
It is designed for a 6-log or greater sporicidal reduction using a dedicated sporicidal sterilant; actual efficacy is established by the project validation protocol and report.
