The Fenggu Weighing & Dispensing Booth combines vertical unidirectional downflow with controlled negative pressure to contain airborne powders during weighing, sampling and dispensing. Air passes through staged filtration before entering the work zone; approximately 90% is recirculated and 10% is exhausted after HEPA filtration. This airflow strategy protects operators and the surrounding environment while maintaining an ISO 5 / Grade A critical work area.
Key Features
- Negative-pressure containment for powders and reagents
- Vertical unidirectional downflow across the critical work zone
- ISO 5 / Grade A working environment
- Prefilter, medium filter and HEPA final-filter stages
- Approximately 90% recirculation and 10% filtered exhaust
- Designed with pharmaceutical GMP cleanroom applications in mind

Contact Our TeamFrequently Asked Questions
What is a weighing and dispensing booth for?
It combines vertical unidirectional downflow with controlled negative pressure to contain airborne powders during weighing, sampling and dispensing, protecting both product and operator.
How does its airflow work?
Air passes through staged filtration before entering the work zone; approximately 90% is recirculated and 10% exhausted, maintaining a negative pressure relative to the surrounding room.
What cleanliness and filtration does it provide?
An ISO 5 / Grade A work zone, with prefilter + medium filter + HEPA staged filtration, in stainless-steel construction configured to the process.
What standard is it designed to?
Pharmaceutical GMP cleanroom design; booth dimensions are sized to your process and equipment.
