Overview
The Fenggu Mobile VHP Room Sterilizer flash-vaporizes hydrogen peroxide solution and uses a blower to distribute the vapor throughout the treatment space. Hydrogen peroxide inactivates microorganisms through oxidative damage to cellular components, including proteins and DNA. VHP is active against vegetative bacteria, bacterial spores, fungi and viruses; published literature reports activity against organisms including MRSA, VRE, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Clostridium botulinum spores, Clostridioides difficile, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, rotavirus and influenza virus, but organism-specific efficacy must be established by the project validation protocol and report. The mobile unit is widely used in pharmaceutical, disease-control, medical, laboratory animal and research settings. Hydrogen peroxide decomposes into water and oxygen, and adequate aeration reduces the residual concentration to the specified release limit; under controlled, non-condensing conditions the process is designed for good compatibility with many materials, instruments and electronic components, subject to confirmation for the actual load. Fenggu offers on-site commissioning, biological indicator (BI) validation, maintenance and training.
