The Fenggu Dispensing & Containment Isolator is engineered for powder weighing, formulation, dispensing and charging — particularly repeated multi-batch handling of API material. Its sealed enclosure and negative-pressure environment keep operators and the surrounding environment protected while material is weighed, transferred and charged into downstream vessels, cycle after cycle.
Beyond containment, the layout is designed around real dispensing workflow: an integrated platform for the operator, a transfer/charging interface into receiving containers, and a cleaning-in-place path — so containment, ergonomics and cleanability are addressed together rather than as an afterthought.
Key Features
- Negative-pressure containment for weighing, charging and sampling of potent API material
- Operator protection to OEB5 (OEL < 0.01 mg/m³), verifiable by SMEPAC testing
- Integrated dispensing platform with charging/transfer interface to downstream containers
- Repeatable multi-batch operation without cross-contamination between batches
- In-place cleaning path to support fast turnaround between products
- HEPA-filtered supply and exhaust; SUS304 (4 mm) contact surfaces, 15 mm tempered-glass viewing panel
