Overview
The Fenggu Safe-Change Exhaust Unit is a HEPA exhaust terminal for negative-pressure rooms that can be decontaminated, leak-scanned and pressure-monitored without removing the filter. A static-pressure box, HEPA filter, exhaust panel and control box are fully welded from high-grade stainless steel for airtight, corrosion-resistant service. All service connections — scanning handle, aerosol-injection/test port and decontamination port — are grouped in a single centralised connection box, making in-situ decontamination and PAO leak scanning quick and safe.
Third-party testing confirms a minute-leak rate of no more than 0.1% of net volume at −1000 Pa. The unit installs on a ceiling or side wall, offers round-hole, louver or slotted panels, and accepts optional biosafety containment valves for filter change without shutdown and UV germicidal lamps.
