Overview
The Fenggu VHP BIBO Sterilizer performs in-situ vaporized hydrogen peroxide decontamination of bag-in/bag-out (BIBO) HEPA filter housings before a filter change, so that contaminated filters can be handled and replaced safely. The cycle runs in four automatic steps — dehumidification, conditioning, sterilization and aeration. Built-in molecular-sieve desiccant dehumidifies the enclosure, vaporized H2O2 sterilizes the filter and housing to a 6-log kill of Geobacillus stearothermophilus spores, and a palladium catalyst decomposes residual peroxide down to ≤ 1 ppm before the housing is opened. It is used to decontaminate the exhaust filtration of biosafety cabinets, freeze-dryers and other containment equipment.
