Overview

The Fenggu Negative Pressure Isolator maintains a controlled negative-pressure barrier between the operator and the material being handled, protecting personnel from potent, sensitizing, infectious or radionuclide-contaminated substances. Filtered supply air enters through the isolator ceiling and is drawn through the working chamber to HEPA-filtered exhaust, so any leak path draws air inward rather than outward. All operator interaction with the product takes place through sealed glove ports, with no direct contact between operator and process.

Chamber pressure, material and glove-port configuration are tailored to the containment level and process required — from routine potent-compound handling up to OEB5 operator protection for the most demanding actives.

Key Features

  • Continuous negative pressure (−80 to −50 Pa), maintained and monitored throughout operation
  • Designed to OEB5 operator-protection level for potent and sensitizing compounds
  • HEPA-filtered exhaust with a one-way exhaust valve to prevent reverse airflow
  • Sealed glove-port operation — no direct operator contact with process material
  • Intelligent automated control system with temperature, humidity and pressure monitoring, real-time printing and data storage
  • Optional integrated weighing and explosion-proof design; low noise and low energy consumption
  • SUS316L chamber; installable in a Grade D or unclassified room

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a negative-pressure isolator protect against?
It maintains a negative-pressure barrier between operator and material to protect personnel from potent, sensitizing, infectious or radionuclide-contaminated substances (design containment level OEB5).
What pressure and containment integrity does it hold?
Chamber pressure -80 to -50 Pa (adjustable), with ISO 10648-2 compliant containment integrity and HEPA-filtered one-way exhaust.
What are the specifications?
SUS316L chamber, turbulent airflow, negative-pressure power 1000 W, 380 V / 50 Hz, noise under 65 dB(A); installs in a Grade D or unclassified room.
Can it be tailored to our process?
Yes. Chamber dimensions, glove-port layout and containment level are configured to your handling task.
