Overview

The Fenggu Biosafety Pass Box solves the material-transfer airtightness problem in high-containment laboratories (BSL-2/3, ABSL-3/4). Both doors seal mechanically — high-elasticity gaskets are compressed against the frame to form an airtight band, similar in principle to a mechanical gastight door — while a door interlock prevents direct connection between areas of different contamination risk.

A gas-disinfection port lets a VHP or other gas sterilizer decontaminate the chamber and its contents, with the effect open to validation. All product-contact surfaces are high-quality stainless steel resistant to disinfectants, detergents, acids and alkalis, and the fully sealed electrical interlock box can be serviced online.
