The Fenggu Laminar Flow Trolley is a self-contained mobile unit supplying HEPA-filtered vertical unidirectional airflow over its working surface. It creates a portable Grade A / ISO 5 environment that protects open or partially closed sterile materials while they are moved between cleanroom zones, filling lines or isolators. The stainless-steel trolley runs on lockable castors and can be battery-powered or mains-connected for continuous protection during transfer.
Key Features

Contact Our TeamFrequently Asked Questions
What is a laminar flow trolley used for?
A self-contained mobile unit supplying HEPA-filtered vertical unidirectional airflow over its working surface, creating a portable Grade A / ISO 5 zone that protects open or partially closed sterile materials while they are moved between cleanroom zones.
What are its specifications?
ISO 5 / Grade A, air velocity 0.36-0.54 m/s (adjustable), H14 HEPA terminal, SUS304 construction, 4 lockable castors, AC 220 V / 50 Hz (optional battery), noise 65 dB or less.
Can it run on battery?
Yes. A battery power option is available for movement without a trailing cable; working-surface size, height and power option are configured to the transfer task.
How does it differ from a fixed laminar flow hood?
The trolley is mobile (on castors, optional battery) to protect materials in transit, whereas a fixed hood protects a stationary work area.
