Beyond the air blow-down of a standard air shower, it adds a water-mist shower: a high-pressure pump atomises water through nozzles into a fine mist that wets the dust adhering to garments so that particulates cannot become airborne, making it especially suitable for pharmaceutical and chemical plants handling toxic dusts.
